The current study aims to determine the role of spiritual leadership as an
independent variable in enhancing sustainable organizational
performance as a dependent variable according to the opinions of a
sample of employees of the Hussainiya Holy Shrine. Altruism, meaning,
membership), and sustainable organizational performance was measured
in three sub-dimensions, namely (environmental axis, economic axis,
social axis). The research started with a main problem that included many
questions revolving around the nature of the relationship between its field
variables, the most important of which was (What is the level of influence
of spiritual leadership on the sustainable organizational performance at
the level of workers at the Hussainiya Holy Shrine?).
The sample of the study was (113) individuals working at the threshold,
as the questionnaire was used as a main tool in collecting data and
information for the study sample members, and for the purpose of
analyzing the data and treating it statistically, as a set of statistical
methods available in the two programs (SpSS V.24: Amos V) were
adopted. 23) Several conclusions were reached through the study, the
most important of which was (that the variable of spiritual leadership
supports the role of sustainable organizational performance and the
impact of spiritual leadership on organizational performance), and the
study concluded with a number of appropriate recommendations, most
notably (emphasizing the leaders of the Husseiniya threshold The Holy
Qur’an grants confidence to the employees and workers at the shrine and
works to lift the barriers between them by taking their opinions and
suggestions and their participation in decision-making).
