The study aims to demonstrate the impact of strategic intelligence in its dimensions (foresight, systemic thinking, future vision, partnership, and motivation) through strategic entrepreneurship with its dimensions (entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurial behavior, entrepreneurial thinking, strategic management of resources) on entrepreneurial success in its dimensions (financial dimension, entrepreneurial satisfaction , feeling gratitude, pioneering preparedness), as strategic intelligence is the main motive for all the activities of the organization that enable it to achieve its goals within the environment in which it operates through the availability of smart leaders that help it maintain its competitive position and its survival in the business world, using the mediating role To strategic entrepreneurship and its impact to achieve entrepreneurial success and to ensure the readiness of scientific and administrative leaders and their ability to apply the dimensions of strategic intelligence through strategic entrepreneurship in order to improve the reality of colleges (study community) to transform into an organization that adopts strategic entrepreneurship as a way to achieve entrepreneurial success. President states (Does strategic intelligence affect entrepreneurial success when? Mediating Strategic Entrepreneurship.)؟
The study population included (7) private colleges and universities in the governorates of Babylon and Holy Karbala. The study sample included a group of (95) scientific and administrative leaders. A questionnaire was distributed to them. The study relied on the use of a number of statistical methods available in statistical programs (Spss,v 23; Microsoft Excel, 2010; Amos; v.23), and the study concluded that strategic intelligence is the basic basis for building any strong organization capable of achieving success through several basic criteria that express the success of any organization, and the study urged finding a comprehensive framework It links the fields of strategic directions in different educational organizations and the rest of other organizations, and work should be done to intensify academic efforts to determine what strategic directions are and how to determine the determinants of the nature of each type of these orientations through the dissemination of the concept of strategic intelligence and its importance among leaders in university organizations.
