Abstract
The study is based on the idea that the application of technological innovation with its dimensions (service innovation, process innovation, research and development expenditures, patents) is concerned with realizing technological transformations in the environment for providing health services, which play an important role in enhancing the distinctive position of private hospitals that suffer from a decline in ownership The basic structure of service design with its dimensions (customer satisfaction, service provide, quality, cost, evidencing, holistic, sequencing) based on a basic problem that (what is the impact of technological innovation on service design in the surveyed hospitals through the rapid technological progress?), The researcher relied on the questionnaire for the purpose of collecting the necessary data from the research community, which amounted to 204 individuals.
The current study relied on the statistical packages program (SPSS v.23), (Amos v.23) and (Microsoft Excel 2010) to reach the results. The most prominent methods used in these programs are (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, stability of internal consistency, confirmatory factor analysis, Arithmetic mean, simple correlation coefficient of Pearson, standard deviation, Structural Equation Modeling).
The researcher has adopted two main hypotheses that explain the correlation and influence relationships between technological innovation and its dimensions, and service design and its dimensions. Where it was subjected to a statistical analysis that reached a set of outcomes, the most prominent of which is the existence of a strong positive correlation between technological innovation in its dimensions and service design at the level of hospitals selected for our study, and this indicates that the administrations whenever they seek to pay attention to the dimensions of technological innovation in terms of creativity in providing health services and procedures. The process and attention to research and development allocations and the encouragement of patents, this would improve the design of the service, and the statistical results showed a positive and significant effect of the technological innovation variable in service design, and this indicates that the adoption of the selected private hospital administrations to conduct our study of technological innovations in the health field Relying on modern health devices, tools and equipment in the performance of its tasks and duties will positively affect the development of the design of its health services provided to patients.
