Abstract
The main objective of the present research is to determine the level of direct influence of strategic thinking skills in strategic response processes and the level of indirect effect of strategic thinking skills in strategic response processes through organizational ideology at the level of medical and nursing staff working in private hospitals in Karbala. Strategic thinking skills through three dimensions (Reflection, Systems Thinking And Reframing). Organizational ideology was measured through three dimensions (Loyalty, Value Congruence And Affective Commitment ) While the strategy response operations was measured through four dimensions (Resources Fluidity, Business Process Maturity, Business Reaction To Environment And Business Proaction To Environment).
The research was based on the descriptive analytical approach in the collection and analysis of research information and interpretation, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool in the collection of data and information from a sample of (218) of the medical and nursing staff of the employees in the researched hospitals, and was used a set of statistical methods that helped in the analysis of data Research and testing hypotheses of natural distribution test,confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistics, simple correlation analysis (Pearson), structural equation modeling, and path analysis. These methods have been used on statistical programs (Microsoft Excel 2010, SPSS V.25, Amos V.23).
The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the presence of a direct significant significance of strategic thinking skills in strategic response processes and indirectly significant significance of strategic thinking skills in strategic response processes through organizational ideology, and based on these conclusions made a set of recommendations One of the most important is the need for a full orientation towards developing the strategic thinking skills of medical and nursing staff and activating the dimensions of organizational ideology that it adopts at the internal and external levels in order to ensure the improvement of To achieve strategic response to various environmental conditions.
