ABSTRACT

     The current research aims to test the intermediate model of Job Embeddedness in the relationship between the perceived organizational image and the work outcomes, based on the opinions of a sample of the employees of Karbala Youth and Sports Directorate through the use of analytical research method. In order to reach the objectives of the research, a hypothesis is designed for the research, which defines the relationship between the independent variable and the organizational image that is aware of its dimensions (the current organizational image, the alternative organizational image), and the medial variable in its dimensions (organizational links, community ties, organizational suitability, (Job satisfaction, work commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, intention to leave work). To illustrate the nature of the relationship that combines these variables, a group The hypotheses were tested after obtaining the necessary data from the field by relying on the questionnaire as the main data collection tool by distributing it to a random sample of individuals in Karbala Youth and Sports Directorate. Of these, 166 were valid for statistical analysis and response rate (94.9).The results of the statistical analysis of the responses of the research sample from the Karbala Youth and Sports Directorate showed that they are convinced that their current job is not replaced by a function Other. The results of the statistical analysis indicated that the median variable (Job Embeddedness) mediates the relationship between the independent variable (the perceived organizational image) and the dependent variable (Work Outcomes).The research reached a number of recommendations, including the importance of hard work and urged by the Directorate of Youth and Sports Karbala need to maintain and maintain the current organizational image because it is characterized by satisfaction and acceptance by the staff of the Directorate of Youth and Sports Karbala.
