Abstract
The Current Research Aims At Determining The Role Of Organizational Virtuousness As A Moderated In Enhancing The Impact Of Business Ethics In Emotional Exhaustion Of Workers According To The Views Of A Sample Of Teaching Staff In The Private Education Organizations In The Holy Governorate Of Karbala. The Organizational Virtuousness Variable Was Measured Based On The Model (Cameron et al. , 2004), Composed Of Five Dimensions (Organizational Optimism, Organizational Trust, Organizational Compassion, Organizational Integrity, Organizational Forgiveness) Work Ethics Were Measured Based On The Model (Abraheem, 2010) Which Consists Of Four Dimensions (Activities Ethics, Individual Ethics, Leadership Ethics, Organizational Infrastructure Ethics), While The Adoption Of A Model (Demerouti et al. ,2010) To Measure The Emotional Exhaustion, A One-Dimensional Variabl.
The Analytical Descriptive Approach Was Adopted Mainly In The Presentation, Analysis And Interpretation Of Research Data . The Questionnaire Was Used As A Main Tool In Collecting Research Data And Information, As It Was Distributed (210) Questionnaire On Teaching Staffs In The Research Sample Schools.
For The Analysis And Statistical Treatment Of The Research Confirmatory Factor Analysis As Key Constructivism Test To Adopted Measures Validation , A Set Of Measures Of Statistical Descriptive , Rank Correlation Coefficient (Spearman), Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) To Measure Of The Impact Relationships , Moderation Analysis And Hierarchical Multiple Regression Analysis To Measure Of Interactive Relations, These Methods Have Been Used By Statistical Software (SPSS V.25 ; Amos V.23).
The Research Found Several Conclusions The Most Important That The Variable Of Organizational Virtuousness Enhancing And Supports The Role Of Work Ethics That School Administrations Effectively Reduce The Level From Emotional Exhaustion Of Their Staff. The Research Concluded With A Number Of Appropriate Recommendations. The Most Important Of These Was The Need To Give The Schools Administrations More Attention To The Modified Role Of Organizational Virtuousness In The Relationship Between Work Ethics And Emotional Exhaustion And To Strengthen It By Focusing On Applying The Dimensions Of Organizational Virtuousness In The Field Which Will Contribute To Improving And Enhancing The Level Of The Impact Of Work Ethics At The Limit Emotional Exhaustion Of Their Teachers .
