Abstract
This research examines the relationship of influence of servant leadership through the qualities the leader possesses that would affect the loyalty and behavior of workers, through the research sample that included a sample of workers in the Oil Products Distribution Company / Karbala branch, (150) questionnaire was distributed to individuals The sample, (138) of which
were valid for analysis were retrieved the response rate represented (92%).
The study identified a major hypothesis that there is a correlation and influence between servant leadership and organizational loyalty. Data were collected by means of the questionnaire that was the main research tool and consisted of two parts. The maid and the second concern organizational loyalty. A number of statistical methods were adopted, such as the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, and the simple and multiple correlation coefficient to validate the hypotheses. The two statistical programs (Spss, Amos) were used in the application side, as the results showed the validity of the first and second main hypothesis and some sub-hypotheses and some were reached. The conclusions and recommendations are perhaps the most prominent of which is the necessity of adopting servant leadership as a behavioral pattern by the departments in the Oil Products Distribution Company / Karbala branch, as well as the company’s need to exclude Pass
