The role of spiritual leadership in achieving social leadership by reducing obstacles to change An analytical study of the views of a sample of workers at the Holy Husseini threshold The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the role of spiritual leadership in achieving social leadership and the spiritual leadership role in reducing the obstacles to change. It is the source of inspiration and influence of the workers through which a voluntary response can be ensured. It seeks individuals who are more confident, loyal and more able to provide the services provided by them , Thus using the spiritual leaders to “a way to achieve an atmosphere of positive interaction between the organizations and communities working in them, as the study tries to theoretical theoretical and applied practical to study the role of spiritual leadership in achieving social leadership by reducing the obstacles to change. Therefore, this study started from a problem expressed by a number of intellectual and practical questions. The aim of this study is to explore the theoretical philosophy, the intellectual implications, and the practical implications of the three variables studied by the study (spiritual leadership, social leadership, obstacles to change). It is one of the modern topics on the Arab environment in general and the Iraqi environment in particular, and then the diagnosis of the level of importance, impact and applicability in the organizations. This study was applied at the threshold of Husseiniya Holy to a number of its employees, which numbered (370) responders. The study used a series of analyzes and statistical tests using statistical programs SPSS var. 23, EXCEL and Amos A special measuring tool has been designed to collect the necessary data serving the study topics. The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is the emergence of the influence of spiritual leadership in its dimensions on social leadership, and the reduction of obstacles to change contributes significantly to increasing the strength of the relationship between spiritual leadership and social leadership. The study concluded with a set of recommendations that could benefit the rest of the organizations. The most important of these was to give a greater role to the method of spiritual leadership and to adopt it as a consistent approach to promoting clear spiritual standards, possessing moral sense and building more distinguished moral relations with employees by gaining their trust and appreciation.
