Summary:- Women empowerment issues represent one of the most important axes that governments focus on, which aim to enhance the participation of women in various economic, social and political fields in order to ensure their contribution to the sustainable development process. Among the things that are recognized and which constitute the main pillar in the consolidation of the infrastructure of civilized human societies is to give an important role to women to ensure the development of the country and to show the features of real pictures about this role in order to have the opportunity to catch up with civilization, progress and advancement, and to give proof of a role in the successive periods of time on their scientific and social competence, as well as addressing Problems related to customs, traditions, social legacies, employment and employment policies are one of the parties to sustainable development to preserve the ecosystem, achieve economic growth, eradicate poverty, good health, equality, peace, justice and others. In Iraq, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt as case studies, and on the Arab level, attention must be paid to education, health and treatment of unemployment to raise the level of Empowering women, where rentier economies, poverty and social justice are among the main obstacles to sustainable development. Reconsidering labor laws and labor legislation and finding the necessary facilities for the private sector increases the empowerment of women in the Arab world. On the level of educational cases, Egypt has recently witnessed remarkable positive progress in the field of support and empowerment of women and justice. Between women and men, as this is due to the political administration that supports and supports women’s issues and translates commitment to constitutional rights for them into implementation strategies and programs carried out by governmental and non-governmental agencies, and creating an appropriate space and climate for the combined efforts of all segments of society, including academic, legislative and religious institutions, youth and women in rural and urban areas. , And the change of the political system in Iraq in 2003 produced many results, including the spread of the phenomenon of financial and administrative corruption, which had repercussions on various aspects of life, economic, social, political and cultural, as well as its reflection on development, it seems clear that it leads to disruption, and this is evident in the context of The concept of development, given that the identity of the development concept is the concept of “change”. Development is, in essence, a process of change that includes the human being, society and the state at the level and permeates all areas of life. In order for women to have a clear role in society, attention must be paid to aspects of empowerment of women through the axes of economic empowerment. And social and political. In the Emirates, we find that the state used to implement a kind of local democracy for women, which guaranteed political stability and economic well-being. Thus, the democratic electoral scene was postponed until December 2006, when the country witnessed the first legislative elections to choose twenty members, who are half of the members of the Federal National Council, through an electoral college, and the local governments in the seven emirates selected its members according to the quota set for them in the council. Finally, the researcher provides recommendations on how to improve women’s economic, social and political participation, and provide a forward-looking vision on empowering Iraqi women in light of the 2030 Agenda.
