Abstract

      The main aim of the research is to determine the nature of the correlation relationships and the impact between Boundary Spanning Capabilities with their sub-dimensions and The Strategic Niche Of The Organization At the level of a sample of managers and employees of telecommunications companies operating in the holy province of Karbala (Zain Iraq, Asia Cell, and Al-Kafil Umniah) On the basis of a fundamental problem identified with several questions Which included the extent of the understanding of the relationships between the variables at the field level, The research was based on measurement of its variables on the scale (Zhang et al., 2o11) To measure the Boundary Spanning Capabilities which consists of three sub-dimensions are (Capability Of Strategic Communication, Capability Of Professional Knowledge, Capability Of Compromise) While it was adopted in measuring The Strategic Niche Of The Organization on a scale (Vanheule et al., 2012) (Mourik & Raven , 2006) Which consists of three sub-dimensions (Voicing and Shaping of Expectations, Network Formation, Learning  Processes) . The analytical descriptive approach was mainly adopted in the presentation, analysis and interpretation of research information, The questionnaire was used as a key tool in the collection of research data and information , As well as some personal interviews with the sample members who represented a group of managers and employees of Boundary Spanning  units , At the level of communication companies, the sample number was (122) distributed by (36) managers (heads of departments and administrative units) and (86) workers. For the purpose of analysis and statistical processing, the study adopted the empirical analysis , As a basic structural test for the validity of the approved standards and the stability coefficient Kronbach Alpha, and a set of descriptive statistical measures such as repetitive distributions, percentages, arithmetic, standard deviations, relative differences and relative importance, Spearman, And Simple Regression Analysis to measure effect relationships. These methods were used by statistical programs (Microsoft Excel SPSS V.15; Amos V.21). The research has reached several conclusions, the most important of which The concept of Boundary Spanning Capabilities represents a modern intellectual development in the philosophy of modern strategic management. The interaction between the organization and its environment takes place across the boundaries of the organization through the Boundary Spanning units, in order to gather information about the environment and the changes that occur there. The concept of The Strategic Niche Of The Organization is of great importance, as it has been applied in many areas, including marketing and business The research has reached a number of recommendations, most importantly Developing an effective strategy for Boundary Spanning in the companies of the research sample and working to sensitize their employees to the importance of Boundary Spanning through the establishment of seminars, courses, etc., and to develop an effective strategy for The Strategic Niche of the companies of the research sample and work to sensitize their employees on the importance of The Strategic Niche and determine their role in supporting and improving their level And highlight their impact.
