Distinguished Schools"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <strong>Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research<\/strong> announces the launch of the <strong>electronic portal<\/strong> dedicated to the transfer of students who are <strong>children of faculty members<\/strong> admitted through the <strong>Central Admission System<\/strong> (General Channel \u2013 Martyrs\u2019 Families Channel), as well as <strong>graduates of Distinguished Schools and Baghdad College<\/strong> who study in English for the <strong>2025\u20132026 academic year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students admitted <strong>outside their home province<\/strong> may transfer to an equivalent program in a <strong>college or institute within their home province<\/strong>, provided that the difference between their average and the minimum admission score of the desired college\/department <strong>does not exceed five marks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Department of Studies, Planning, and Follow-up<\/strong> clarifies that the activation of examination numbers for eligible students who are <strong>children of faculty members holding postgraduate degrees (Master\u2019s or Ph.D.)<\/strong> and working within the <strong>permanent staff of public universities<\/strong>, as well as the <strong>Imam Al-Kadhim College<\/strong> and <strong>Imam Al-Azam College<\/strong>, will be conducted <strong>electronically<\/strong> through the institution to which the faculty member belongs, via the <strong>Studies Portal<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd17 <a href=\"https:\/\/dirasat.mohesr.gov.iq\">https:\/\/dirasat.mohesr.gov.iq<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, the activation of examination numbers for eligible students who are <strong>children of faculty members<\/strong> working within the <strong>Ministry\u2019s headquarters<\/strong>, <strong>private universities<\/strong>, or the <strong>Scientific Research Authority<\/strong> will require an <strong>in-person visit to the Ministry<\/strong>, bringing with them the necessary documents specified in <strong>Item (H-6)<\/strong> of the <strong>Student Affairs Procedures Guide and Admission Regulations<\/strong> for the <strong>2025\u20132026 academic year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\uddd3\ufe0f <strong>Application deadline: Monday, November 10,
