These activities were held under the patronage of the respected Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, who continuously emphasizes that the <strong>student is the fundamental pillar<\/strong>, and the course focused on integrating the <strong>environmental dimension into traditional accounting systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course was delivered by a distinguished group of academic scholars:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prof. Dr. Salah Mahdi Al-Kawaz<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Asst. Prof. Dr. Azhar Subhi Al-Jubouri<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Asst. Prof. Dr. Laila Mohsen Al-Hakim<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The course directly targeted accounting and auditing staff as well as students, aiming to prepare a generation that is aware of the requirements of the <strong>\u201csustainable economy.\u201d<\/strong> The sessions included extensive discussions on the possibility of applying these techniques in Iraqi institutions and the challenges facing the transition toward environmentally friendly accounting systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion and Recommendations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At the conclusion of the course, participants emphasized the importance of adopting <strong>green management accounting standards<\/strong> as part of the national strategy for sustainable development.
