The research aims to identify the nature of the relationship between (cognitive intelligence and financial crisis management), as well as clarifying the importance of the research variables in its dimensions for the organization in question and knowing whether there are leaders who think based on full knowledge and sufficient knowledge of the internal and external environment of the organization in question, and they have cognitive capabilities To help them manage the financial crisis and cross to safety, and for the purpose of data collection, a 25-paragraph questionnaire was designed, as well as personal interviews with a number of general managers and people’s managers. (150) questionnaires were distributed to the research community by selecting an intentional sample of leaders The Supreme Council and decision-makers in the ministry, as the data was analyzed using (AMOS V26) and (SPSS V.26), and a number of statistical tools were used, such as (arithmetic mean, simple regression coefficient, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s alpha scale, percentages and coefficient of Variation and coefficient of determination, as well as the standard deviation), the research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is the availability after distinguishing patterns in the Ministry of Interior and the ability of the administration to remove confusion from the minds of individuals and transform it Based on the conclusions, the research recommends the need for the ministry to mobilize more resources, whether financial or human, in order to avoid crises that may afflict the ministry in the future, by having a work team that has previous experience in how to deal with financial crises .
