The study sample consisted of (114) individuals from different administrative levels and job descriptions working in the Imam Ali (peace be upon him) General Hospital in Baghdad ,Management information systems were used as an independent variable with four dimensions: (components and physical requirements – communication components and requirements – human components and requirements – technical components and requirements) and the dependent variable organizational justice. Its dimensions were determined (distributive justice – procedural justice – interactive justice (transactional justice)).

The descriptive analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. A set of statistical methods were adopted to analyze it and verify the hypotheses. These methods include the alpha cronbach coefficient to measure the reliability and validity of the scale, test the normal distribution of data, exploratory factor analysis, as well as descriptive statistics and correlation analysis. Simple and simple linear regression based on (( SPSS V.23 software; Excel 16)) ,The study reached a set of conclusions, including the presence of a significant effect of management information systems on organizational justice, as the availability of a good administrative information system contributes to reducing administrative errors and the awareness of workers of its importance, considering it one of the signs of keeping pace with technological development, which adds value to the hospital compared to others.
