College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala Begins Maintenance and Rehabilitation of the Road Between Colleges

As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance infrastructure and improve the university environment, the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala has commenced maintenance and rehabilitation work on the road separating its building from the University Presidency and the College of Tourism Sciences.

The current work includes sidewalk maintenance and the rehabilitation of paving tiles and curbstones, aimed at improving the road’s appearance and increasing safety and comfort for university staff and students. This project represents an important step toward creating a modern university environment that meets the needs of movement and accessibility across campus.

The project is being carried out under the direct supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Hashem Jabbar Al-Husseini, Dean of the College, who emphasized the college’s commitment to service and aesthetic improvements that contribute to the advancement of the college and its surrounding university landscape.

The implementation committee is chaired by Lecturer Dr. Ayoub Jasem Hanoon, and the project includes a team of the college’s engineers who are closely following the work on the ground to ensure it aligns with specified technical standards and scheduled timelines.

This project is expected to facilitate smoother traffic flow between university buildings and add a refined and modern touch to the campus—reflecting the university administration’s commitment to the continuous development of its service facilities.
