The Information Technology Division at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Karbala conducted the final practical exam in the subject of Programming for the academic year 2024–2025, as part of the scheduled exam timetable for students. The examination process was carried out under the direct supervision and on-site follow-up of the respected Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Hashem Jabbar Al-Husseini, who emphasized the importance of providing a suitable exam environment that enables students to take their tests efficiently and calmly.
The exam was held in the computer labs of the IT Division, supported by comprehensive organizational and technical preparations. These included the provision of modern computers, required programming systems, and specialized technical staff who ensured the smooth flow of the exam without any technical issues.
During his inspection tour, the Dean praised the efforts of the teaching and technical staff, commending the high level of exam organization. He affirmed that the college remains committed to supporting students and developing their practical skills in technology and information fields in line with the demands of the modern job market.
For their part, the students expressed satisfaction with the smooth procedures and clarity of the questions, reflecting the high level of preparation and organization, and motivating them to perform at their best.
Programming is considered one of the core subjects in the IT Division’s curriculum, aiming to enable students to understand the basic principles of writing code and designing software solutions to real-world problems. This aligns with the college’s academic approach to effectively integrate theoretical and practical aspects of education.
The college reiterates its commitment to delivering high-quality educational programs and enhancing students’ technological skills to graduate qualified individuals capable of keeping pace with technological advancements across various sectors.
