Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala, the Department of Business Administration organized a training course titled “Success Strategies in the Digital Age,” held from October 14 to 16, 2025, with the participation of undergraduate students in the department.
The course was delivered by Lecturer Zainab Salem Abdul Zaid and aimed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to adapt to the demands of the digital age and enhance their ability to leverage modern technology for academic and professional success.
The course covered key topics such as digital transformation concepts, the impact of modern technologies like artificial intelligence and data analytics on business development, as well as strategies for time management and self-directed learning in the digital environment. It also addressed the importance of innovation and digital entrepreneurship and their role in achieving excellence and competitiveness in the job market.
The course included interactive discussions between the lecturer and students, featuring practical examples of digital success stories in management and marketing and how to apply these lessons in the local work environment.
At the conclusion of the course, the lecturer emphasized that success in the digital age requires mental flexibility and continuous learning, highlighting the importance of students adopting future-oriented skills that combine technical knowledge with administrative creativity.
This course is part of a series of developmental activities organized by the Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics to enhance students’ digital awareness and empower them to face future challenges with competence and innovation.
