Within the framework of academic cooperation and exchange of experiences between Iraqi universities, Assistant Professor Dr. Hamid Mohsen Jadah Al-Masoudi, a lecturer in the Department of Finance and Banking Sciences at the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Karbala, participated in the presentation of a specialized training course entitled “Teaching Methods in Iraqi Universities Towards Blended Learning”, which was held at the University of Kufa.
The course aims to develop the skills of faculty members in adopting modern methods of education that combine face-to-face and e-learning, in a way that contributes to raising the efficiency of the educational process and improving the quality of its outputs.
The course included a set of theoretical and applied lectures that dealt with the latest educational trends in curriculum design, the mechanisms of using digital educational platforms, as well as the exchange of experiences and expertise among participants on the best practices in the application of blended learning within Iraqi universities.
This participation comes as part of the keenness of the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Karbala to open up scientifically and cooperate with other universities and academic institutions, in order to enhance its academic status and contribute to the development of the teaching capabilities of its faculty members.
