The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the reopening of applications for the Top Students Admission Form for vocational education graduates within the available seats for the 2025–2026 academic year.

The Department of Studies, Planning, and Follow-up clarifies that the application for this electronic form includes top students from the first round of vocational education graduates for the 2024–2025 school year who did not previously apply or were not admitted in the first round of admissions to public universities in all academic and technical specializations (morning studies), according to equivalent or closely related disciplines.

The Ministry calls on students to review the admission guidelines and application steps available on the electronic application portal.
