The College of Business and Economics – University of Karbala Organizes a Training Course Entitled “Be a Digital Leader: Develop Your Skills in E-Management”

The College of Business and Economics at the University of Karbala organized a distinguished training course entitled “Become a Digital Leader: Develop Your Skills in E-Management”, for the period from 2 to 4 November 2025, with the participation of a group of undergraduate students, as part of the college’s programs aimed at enhancing digital capabilities and developing students’ modern leadership skills.

The course topics were presented by:

Associate Professor Dr. Haidar Khudair Jawan

Assistant Professor Dr. Suwad Abdul Abbas

Lecturer Dr. Yasser Mahmoud Fahad

The course included a range of topics specialized in e-management, including the concept of digital leadership, the shift towards smart management, the use of technological tools in planning and decision-making, in addition to practical applications and interactive workshops that helped to consolidate modern concepts in the digital work environment.

The participants stressed that this course contributed to developing students’ skills and preparing them for the requirements of the labor market, while the Deanship of the College praised the students’ interaction and keenness to acquire digital knowledge that supports their academic and professional career.
