The Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Karbala, Assistant Professor Dr. Hashim Jabbar Al-Husseini, participated in the meeting of the Committee of Deans of the Faculties of Administration and Economics held at the University of Babylon, with the participation of the deans of the corresponding faculties and representatives of administrative and economic disciplines from various Iraqi universities.

The meeting addressed several main topics, most notably the modernization of the curricula in administrative and economic disciplines, raising the level of quality of education, and enhancing alignment with the requirements of the labor market. They also discussed mechanisms for developing evaluation exams, activating scientific and research cooperation between universities, in addition to following up on the requirements of academic accreditation and exchanging experiences in this field.

The participation of the Dean of the College of Business and Economics comes within the framework of the college’s keenness on academic openness and effective contribution to the formulation and development of educational policies that would improve the university process and serve students.
