The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala organized a scientific workshop titled: “Statistical Visualization: Representing and Analyzing Data Visually Using Statistical Software”, held from December 23 to 25, 2025, with participation from a select group of postgraduate students.

The workshop was presented by Dr. Bashar Khalid Ali, who discussed the importance of statistical visualization in simplifying data and converting it into charts and graphs that facilitate accurate understanding and analysis of research results. Participants were also trained on using modern statistical software to represent data and extract scientific indicators supporting academic research.

The workshop aimed to enhance postgraduate students’ skills in handling data and visual analysis, improving the quality of scientific research and the accuracy of statistical results, as well as developing their ability to present data professionally to support research and decision-making.

At the conclusion of the workshop, participants praised the scientific and practical content, highlighting its importance in developing their research skills and keeping pace with modern advances in statistical analysis.
