As part of the University of Karbala’s ongoing efforts to monitor the educational process and enhance academic performance, Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, President of the University, visited the College of Administration and Economics to observe the progress of the first-term final exams for the current academic year.
He was welcomed by Asst. Prof. Dr. Hashem Jabbar Al-Husseini, Dean of the College, along with a number of deputy deans, department heads, and the academic and administrative staff.
During the visit, the President conducted an inspection tour of the examination halls, reviewing the organization of the exams, the adherence to the approved regulations and instructions, and the provision of a suitable environment for students in terms of calm, order, and logistical support, ensuring that students could take their exams comfortably and confidently.
The University President emphasized to the students the importance of complying with university rules and regulations, wishing them success in their exams, and commended the efforts of the College’s administration and staff for their excellent organization and preparation.
For his part, the Dean of the College expressed his appreciation for the visit, highlighting that it reflects the University leadership’s interest in monitoring colleges on the ground. He confirmed that the College will continue to utilize all its resources to ensure exams proceed smoothly and uphold high academic standards.
This visit is part of a series of inspection tours conducted by the University leadership to monitor exam procedures across the university’s colleges, ensuring that examination halls are ready, regulations are followed, and the quality of the educational process is maintained.
