As part of efforts to enhance the scientific and academic presence of the University of Karbala locally and internationally, Dr. Nebras Kazem Abdul, a faculty member at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Karbala, participated as a scientific reviewer for research papers, theses, and dissertations in the fields of management and banking sciences.

This scientific participation involved reviewing specialized research on the topic:
“The Role of Electronic Customer Relationship Management in Shaping Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty in the Banking Sector”, a contemporary and significant subject that contributes to improving banking performance and enhancing the competitiveness of financial institutions amid rapid digital transformation.

The participation aims to strengthen international academic collaboration between the University of Karbala and other global universities and academic institutions, positively impacting the exchange of scientific expertise, the development of research methodologies, and the advancement of joint scientific output. It also contributes to improving academic and research skills among faculty members and researchers, while encouraging openness to reputable global scientific experiences.
