As part of the College’s continuous efforts to enhance the technical and research skills of its members and students, the Department of Accounting organized a specialized training course entitled: “Employing Google Forms to Analyze the Respondents’ Opinions Electronically”
The course was held over three consecutive days, for the period from 3 to 5 March 2026, and witnessed a wide participation that included (professors, staff, and students of the accounting department), due to the importance of this axis in administrative work and academic scientific research.
The scientific and practical themes of the course were supervised by:
- Eng. Dr. Bushra Jaber Mohamed
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Turki Abd Ali
- Eng. Zainab Atiwi
The course included intensive practical training that included the following topics:
- Digital Questionnaire Design: How to build professional models that fit the nature of accounting and management data.
- Advanced response settings: Control the data collection mechanism and ensure its accuracy and reliability.
- Instant data analysis: Use Google tools to turn responses into accurate graphs and statistics that help in decision-making.
- Software linkage: How to export data to Google Sheets for advanced statistical and accounting processing.
The course aimed to digitize the paperwork processes in the college and provide researchers and students with modern tools to collect and analyze field data quickly and efficiently.
The participants expressed the importance of this course in facilitating the conduct of scientific research and daily administrative tasks, stressing the need to keep pace with the digital transformation in educational institutions.
