This research deals with total quality management and its effect on job performance. The research problem was to raise the level of performance of workers. Also, “What is the relationship of Total Quality Management with the performance of employees? The application was on a sample of workers in the Diwaniyah Water Directorate Center in Al-Diwaniyah Governorate, and the aim was to present the concepts related to total quality, as a modern administrative approach, and to focus on methods of performance evaluation to find appropriate methods to evaluate the performance of workers, and also to “analyze the extent of the total quality management’s contribution to improving The importance of the research comes from the theoretical aspect that deals with comprehensive quality management and job performance and the possibility of raising this level of performance in governmental organizations. The research tested three hypotheses. The first hypothesis is that there is a statistically significant correlation between support and support of senior management and job performance. The second hypothesis is a relationship. There is a statistically significant correlation between continuous improvement and job performance The third hypothesis is that there is a statistically significant correlation between employee participation and job performance The research relied on the questionnaire as a main tool in data collection, as (60) questionnaires were distributed, (55) questionnaires valid for analysis were retrieved. , The research adopted the descriptive and analytical approach, and a statistical analysis program (spss) was used to analyze the data.
