Abstract

The aim of the current research is to test the effect of training as an independent variable in the organization’s communications. This is done by applying the research to a sample of individuals working in the Karbala Youth and Sports Directorate. As a simple random sample method was used with (100) individuals. The research problem was represented in basic and subsidiary intellectual questions. As the main question of the research was represented by ((Does training have a role in improving the organization’s communications )).

The importance of the research was evident in identifying the most important strengths and weaknesses of the Karbala Youth and Sports Directorate. Data related to the scientific aspect of the research were collected by means of a questionnaire designed based on ready-made measures and a set of appropriate statistical methods were used for the purpose of analyzing the data and extracting results using the (spss) program..

The research reached several results, the most important of which is the availability of training and communication methods in the Karbala Youth and Sports Directorate, a high level, and training significantly affects communications..

The research presented several recommendations, including the necessity for the Karbala Youth and Sports Directorate to make appropriate changes and improvements in future training programs to ensure their compatibility with various environmental developments.
