Abstract

Abstract “This study aims to identify the role that the” inspiring leadership plays and its effect on organizational loyalty. A study of its application in private colleges in the provinces of the alfurat al-Awsat according to the implementation of the research hypothesis and research goals. A questionnaire consisting of three axes of the first axes was prepared dealing with the demographic distribution of the sample and the second axis includes dimensions The inspiring leadership, while the third included the organizational loyalty dimensions, as the five-way Lekert scale was used to measure the research variables, as well as the form was distributed to the research sample of 80 employees and 30 were retrieved, thus the response was 100% where some of the 30statistical methods were used An environment such as the correlation and regression coefficient to measure the relationship and impact between research variables by using the spss program in data analysis. :A set of results has been reached, the most important of which is that inspiring leadership has an impact on the loyalty of employees: working in private colleges because the inspiring leader possesses an influential package and the researcher recommends the need for attention Senior leadership by providing an appropriate environment to make employees feel the absolute loyalty of their organizations by adopting inspiring leadership practices in the research organizations
