Abstract

AbstractThe current research aims at identifying the effect of bullying in the workplace in counter productive behaviors. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, a hypothetical scheme was developed to determine the nature of the relationship between the independent variable and the behavior of the bullying in the workplace and the dependent variable . In order to test the hypotheses of the study, the research was applied to a sample of nurses working in some hospitals in the holy city of Karbala (Imam Hussein Medical City, Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Karbala Children’s Hospital) in order to obtain information through a questionnaire prepared for this purpose. If the research community consists of 1156, a sample of 576 members were taken from it, representing the nurses in the three hospitals. The study was based on a number of advanced statistical tools and methods through the spss V.25 program, such as Relative frequency , arithmetic mean, standard deviation, one way Anova analysis, simple correlation coefficient, ( t-test ),( test – f ) simple regression analysis . In the light of the results obtained, a number of conclusions were reached.
