Abstract

The study mainly aims to determine the (interactive (modifying) role of value engineering) with its sub-dimensions in enhancing the role of high performance of human resources at the level of the study sample represented by the General Company for Foodstuff Trading / Middle Euphrates, based on a major problem that was diagnosed by several questions that included the extent to which you realize the dimensions of Value engineering and the influential and interactive relationships between variables in the field, the study adopted a (model) (Mostafaeipour&eal, 2021) to measure the dimensions of value engineering, which consists of five dimensions (function, quality, costs, efficiency, effectiveness).

And the (Waal André de, 2021) model for measuring high performance, which included four dimensions (training, organizational structure, organizational performance, work relations). The cognitive approach and the descriptive approach were mainly adopted in presenting the study information in its analysis and interpretation. Collecting data and information for the study, as well as some personal interviews with the sample members who were represented by a group of managers, heads of departments and employees in the study sample company, where some questions of the questionnaire were modified in the light of the questions asked during the interview, and the General Company for Foodstuff Trading / Middle Euphrates was chosen A field for study through a questionnaire that included (207) individual directors of departments and branches and employees of the general center and some branches of the company (the Middle Euphrates). In order to achieve the integration of the dimensions of value engineering in formulating a roadmap that helps the competent departments in diagnosing their position within this model, and in a way that leads to strengthening the strategy of high performance, and for the purpose of statistical analysis and treatment, the study adopted exploratory and confirmatory parametric analysis as basic structural tests for the validity of the approved standards, a set of descriptive statistical measures , (Pearson’s correlation coefficient), (T) test to determine the significance of the relationship between variables, and (F) test to determine the significance of the regression equation, and (R2) was used to explain the amount of influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. These methods were used by (SPSS) programs. V. ; In a way that attracts the largest percentage of job loyalty in order to achieve excellence in providing products and enhances the market flexibility of the company and reflects its orientation in Enhanced high performance.
