The current study aimed to exploration the effect of lean management in the quality of educational service through the moderated role of quality culture, in order to consolidate the intellectual and philosophical foundations, the supplyer relied on the model of ( Mensah et al, 2020) to measure lean management, which consists of five dimensions (focusing on one resource, training, eliminating waste, reducing cycle time, and using new technology), and (Bendermacher et al, 2019) model to measure culture quality, which includes six dimensions (value orientation, leadership, communication, empowerment, commitment, and ownership). While the quality of educational service was measured through (Abdullah, 2006) model which consists of five dimensions (academic aspects, non-academic aspects, university reputation, access, and university programs).

The study relied on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data and information about the study represented by University of Kerbala lecturers, while the researcher utilize a statistical analysis and treatment of (exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, as constructive tests for the analytical descriptive curriculum, and based on the study and its hypotheses, the researcher reached a group The academic results collected in the study as overview of the scene at the beginning of searching for international quality requirements, support the establishment of scientific relations with solid international universities to benefit from their experiences and exchange knowledge to advance the reality of the educational sector in Iraq in a way that meets the aspirations and directions of the university.
