Abstract:

The Research Aims To Indicate The Extent To Which It Is Possible To Improve The Performance Of The Total  Production Maintenance Management By Applying The Integration Between The Balanced Score Card Technology And The Green Process Re-Engineering Technology, As Well As Highlighting The Cognitive Aspects Of One Of The Contemporary Technologies To Improve The Strategic Performance Represented By The Technology (Green Process Re-Engineering), With A Demonstration To What Is The Extent To Which The Performance Of The (Total  Productive Maintenance) Management Can Be Improved By Applying The Integration Between The (Balanced Score Card) Technology And The (Re-Engineering Of Green Processes) Technology. During The Field Visits And Personal Interviews Of The Factory Workers, For The Purpose Of Applying The Steps Of The (Balanced Score Card) Technology And The (Green Process Re-Engineering) Technology In An Integrated Manner, The Required Research Techniques Were Used, Including Following The Steps For Applying The (Balanced Score Card) Technology And The Steps For Applying The (Process Re-Engineering) Technology Green) In A Sequential Manner To Show Integration In An Applied Manner Between Them, And The Researcher Reached A Number Of Conclusions, The Most Important Of Which Are: That The Implementation And Application Of Technical Steps (Re-Engineering Green Processes) Contributes To Reducing The Stages Of The Technological Path Of The Current Operations In The Factory And Increasing The Speed Of Production And Processing As Well As Reducing Downtime For Maintenance, And Reducing Environmental Causes Of Pollution, And The Integration Between The (Balanced Scorecard) Technology And The (Re-Engineering Of Green Processes) Technology Contributes To Improving The Strategic Performance Of Economic Units, And Thus Improving The Performance Of The (Total  Productive Maintenance) Management, In A Manner That Leads To An Increase In The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Production Processes.
