Abstract:
 The main objective of this research is to demonstrate the role of human capital in improving the quality of educational service within the research community، which is represented in the College of Education at the University of Karbala. The field problem started by raising the following question: “What is the impact of human capital applied by the College of Education، the research sample، in order to improve the quality of educational service?” The research seeks to achieve several goals، including reaching a diagnosis of the reality of the research variables (human capital، with dimensions) (knowledge، experience، capabilities، skills، education) and quality of service (tangibility، materiality، reliability، speed of response، safety، empathy). The importance of research comes Through his attempt to achieve a logical link between human capital as a competitive advantage in improving the quality of educational service، the descriptive analytical approach was chosen in the research. The research relied on the questionnaire as a basic tool for collecting the necessary data and information. It was designed based on a set of international standards، consisting of (40) paragraphs that covered the research variables in their sub-dimensions. A sample of professors was selected، which consisted of (163) professors. A set of statistical methods were used to process the data، including (descriptive statistics، normal distribution، arithmetic mean، standard deviation، Pearson correlation coefficient، equataion – madeling structrud، to measure influence relationships، exploratory factor analysis، Cronbach’s alpha coefficient، scale stability) and then the analysis was performed. Statistical data using statistical tests and methods available in (spss، v.23) programs. The research has reached a set of conclusions، most notably: the existence of a positive and significant impact of human capital on the quality of service، and that the human resource is the source and the basic value of the quality of service provided through skills and education And the experiences and roles that the professors possess.
