Abstract
This research seeks to study the impact of digital transformation technology in improving the strategic performance of the bank. This effect is evident by changing and developing structures and processes, managing organization , improving the performance of banking service to customers, improving productivity, reducing costs, raising and supporting strategic performance, Speed and efficiency of performance. In order to achieve this, six dimensions of digital transformation were adopted, including (Value Source, Market Segmentation, Bank Service Distribution, Core Activities ,Core Resources Core Partners of The , (The business model, the network, the new digital business models), while the strategic performance (dependent variable) was expressed according to four indicators which are (financial perspective, customer perspective, internal operations perspective, learning and growth perspective). (60) individuals representing department managers and divisions in six banks (private) in Karbala governorate. The research problem is about the impact of the digital transformation on improving the strategic performance of the bank. The research reached a group of The important conclusions are summarized Pala :
1-The study found that there is a tendency in the use and contribution of digital technology in improving, raising and supporting strategic Performance.
2 -The presence of an important and clear role by achieving the relationship and impact of the study variables digital transformation technology and strategic performance. : A number of recommendations have been made
1-Banks must respond to digital challenges and use modern methods, As each bank must change its business model and services so that banks
can expand further to become targets and targets to achieve distinct and
high levels of performance.
2-The experience of the leading banks in the field of employing and
managing the new digital transformation technology should be used to
improve the performance of banks to carry out their work properly.
