Human Rights and its Reflections in the Strategic Entrepreneurship and The High Performance for the Organizations

This study aims to reveal the reflections the human rights on strategic entrepreneurship and high performance to of the organizations in Cement production in Iraq represented by the three big  companies producing cement (Northern Cement Company, Iraq Cement Company, Southern Cement Company) and their factories all over Iraq from the north to the south. Of the reasons that justified conducting the study is to reveal the way that the most important sector of manufacturing can regain its importance and previous Entrepreneurship role.

   The study also sought to clarify the conceptual and theoretical framework of the study variables. The problem of the study is revealed through several questions that evolved around the nature of the relation among the three variables of the study (human rights, strategic entrepreneurship , high performance for the organizations). The study sample included 122 manager from the three companies who represent the top management while the primary tool of the study of the study is the questioner which was designed depending on several solid world measures related to the study variables. After adjusting the measures according to the requirements of the Iraqi environment.

   Also dissertation reached that human rights has a positive effect on the strategic entrepreneurship and high performance. This support the statistical formulating of the study hypotheses.

    The study reached several results the most important of which is that management in the studied companies were very interested and had a great desire to achieve and maintain customer rights and reaching the optimum performance. But the three companies have a tendency that is less that the required average towards adopting the risk in its entrepreneurship processes. The study is concluded with the most important recommendations and proposals for future studies.
