The frameworks intellectual and practical aims of study is testing the relationship between information technology (IT) application and organization culture of mobile communication companies represented by Asia cell and Zain Iraq. instead of measuring influencing relations between the different variable of study and tested it .in order to achieve this we relied on (it ) application component which it (Hardwar ,software, data bases, information and communication network), and we express of organization culture element derived ( organization value ,organization beliefs , organization norms, organization expectation , organization trends ) , the sample include (122) members of staff , we looking back (108 ) of them , all of which are valid for analysis Guaranteed us the supreme and central department of ( company director, section manager , Division manager ), the study adopted survey method , the resolution was the main data collection tool which is designed depending several global standers for the study variables which it (it ) application and organization culture , the study depended asset of statistical analyses and tests using statistical program ( Excel ) (SPSS V. 20 ), The study found a set of conclusions, including: (shown statistical results that there is a positive and significant correlation between information and organizational culture technology applications sample study of the two companies relationship, this shows the consolidation of the lofty principles and ideals in companies, which promotes regulatory and technological capacity to pursue organizational and cultural values ​​which granted exclusivity and continuity in the provision of services).
The study has come out a set of recommendations comes in the forefront: (that the company is studying the available skill levels have for the purpose of determining the level of training they need each category and then by following the modern, sophisticated and depending on what is appropriate from traditional styles and organize various programs to raise the level of these departments) administrative methods .
