Strategic alignment and its role in the characteristics of the learning organization through the mediating role of the core competencies of the organizations “Analytical study of the views of the members of the college councils at the University of Thi-Qar”

Abstract

      The aim of this study is to achieve the Basic goal of the possibility of enhancing the characteristics of the learning organization and identifying the intermediate role by the fundamental capabilities of the organizations in increasing the strategic alignment processes, The methodology of the study has been identified with several questions concerning the nature of correlation and impact between research variables, and for that, the development of Set a hypothetical chart reflects seven main hypotheses, and to sure the validity of the hypotheses were subjected to multiple tests, where the researcher used  questionnaire to obtain data. The research methodology used is the descriptive analytical approach, While the study society (146) was a faculty member, for all faculties of Thi-Qar University, and the study applied the sample of the study. The questionnaire was retrieved (141) valid for the analysis (96%) of the studied sample. the study used a set of statistical methods (weighted averages mean, standard deviation, level of ordinal response, simple correlation matrix, simple and multiple regression analysis, baron and kenny test to test the intermediate model of research as well as the use of the (Soble test) and the use of statistical programs (SPSS V.23 ) and (Amos V.20). The results of the field study showed that the faculties of the University of Thi-Qar show great interest in the core competencies as a mediator and influential in the relationship between the strategic alignment and the learned organization.
