Strategic Renewal and Its Reflection In Enhancing Strategic Supremacy Through The Organizational Support

 Abstract: The aims of this study are achieving the fundamental objective of enhancing strategic supremacy, identifying the intermediate role Prof.Dr.which played by organizational support in strengthening and mobilizing strategic Renewal processes, and identifying the main challenges that prevent these aims. Strategic renewal was expressed through its dimensions (exploration, entrepreneurship, investment opportunities, and leadership involvement ), organizational support was expressed through (organizational justice, supervisory support, incentives, and working conditions), and strategic supremacy was expressed in dimensions of (sphere of influence, competitive configuration, competitive compression). The questionnaire was designed to collect the necessary data. A sample of all the high manger’s at the General Company of the Southern Cement Industry was selected in the Middle Euphrates Governorates with about (116) mangers from the (5) Company factor as well as the head of the company under study. This study depends on a set of descriptive statistical methods (frequencies, percentages, weighted arithmetic mean, standard deviation, relative importance) and the explanatory statistic (Pearson correlation coefficient, interpretation coefficient). A series of tests (T, F, exploratory analysis) were used by using SPSS to extract financial indicators. One of the main findings of the study is that organizational support plays a direct and indirect role in strengthening the relationship between strategic renewal and strategic supremacy. The study concluded the balance between exploration and investment, and emphasized the mastery of the art competitive configuration which is one of the most important elements of the strategic supremacy in the organizations. The most important recommendations of the study are: increasing the attention and awareness of strategic renewal and its value in order to enhance strategic supremacy which is not a substitute for the competitive advantage of sustainable, considering strategic renewal as a new approach to achieve by internal and external factors and their positive and effective influence in the guarantee of the Strategic supremacy, raising the level of organizational support in order to break the deadlock of workers, and adopting the concept of strategic supremacy as a competitive force and changing the rules of the game in order to confuse competitors to deal with competitive compression and strengthen their sphere influence geographic, and do not give the opportunity for competitors to enter into the competitive area.
