Abstract
This study aimed to determine the level of direct and indirect impact of organizational intelligence as an independent variable with its dimensions of (strategic vision, common destiny, desire for change, emotional sense of belonging, harmony and convergence, dissemination of knowledge, and
pressure of performance) according to (Albrecht, 2002). In the value system as an approved variable with its dimensions represented by (affiliation value, compliance values, goodness value, support value, independence value, and leadership value) based on (Al-Taani, 2010) through the social identity of workers as an intermediate variable with its dimensions of (symmetry, pride, respect) a According to (Blader and Tyler, 2009) as an analytical study of the opinions of a sample of faculty members in private universities and colleges in the holy governorate of Karbala and represented by (Ahl Al-Bayt University, Al-Zahrawi University, Warth Al-Anbiya University, aleamid University, Al-Safwa University College, Al-Hussein University College, and Altaf University College) is a field for conducting the study, as it represents an important educational sector and effectively affects the process of development Comprehensive. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach in presenting, analyzing, and interpreting information. The questionnaire also used a major tool in collecting data from a sample of (189) faculty members working in the researched private universities and colleges.
A set of statistical methods were used that helped in analyzing study data and testing Hypotheses are represented by the normal distribution test, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson, Structural Equation Modeling, and Path Analysis. The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was the presence of a direct, indirect and significant influence of organizational intelligence in the value system by mediating the social identity of workers, and organizational intelligence expresses that the members of the organization possess forces (intellectual and mental) represented by knowledge, skill and ability to think. Based on these conclusions, the study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which was to enhance the principles of organizational intelligence in private universities and colleges, invest all capabilities and resources, mobilize and employ them in their activities, and pay attention to .social identity in order to ensure the strengthening of the value system
