Abstract
This study aims to identify the impact of Talent Management processes in achieving Organizational Ambidexterity in the General Authority for the Maintenance of Irrigation and drainage projects, as it is one of the important service organizations that have a major role in the service of the community and government institutions, the adoption of management concepts such as the Management of Talent and the diagnosis of its role in achieving Organizational Ambidexterity can contribute to the face of many changes and achieve what you aspire to. The problem of research was the question of “Does the application of Talent Management processes contribute to achieve Organizational Ambidexterity?”
To achieve the objectives of the study, Two key assumptions have been formulated, the first of which is to find the extent to which the two variables of the study are linked to the Management of Talent by keeping it away (Talent capture, Talent selection, Talent development, Talent retention), and Organizational Ambidexterity in both dimensions (Exploratory innovation and Exploitative innovation), while the hypothesis is embodied. The second is to diagnose the impact of Talent Management in Organizational Ambidexterity, the sample of the study reached (90) of the managers occupying senior and middle management positions in the structure of the study community, and the questionnaire was relied on as a tool to obtain the study data which was adopted Based on ready-made metrics, data analysis was based on the Statistical Program (SPSS V.25).
The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that the level of Talent Management and Organizational Ambidexterity in the Organization and society does not rise to the level required for both variables, so the community of study should make more efforts in order to upgrade human resources if they want excellence and maturity, as well as between statistical analysis of data that there are relationships of association and Significant influence to Manage Talent in Organizational Ambidexterity.
