Abstract
The aims of the Research Present Aims to Test the Mediation Role of the Variable Techniques of Psychological Engineering in the Relationship Between the Moral Intelligence of the Leader and Strategic Ambidexterity of The Level of Universities and Private Colleges in Babylon Governorate. In order to this, The Leader’s Moral Intelligence the measurmenton Four Sub-Dimensions (Integrity, Forgiveness, Responsibility, and Compassion) while measured Psychological Engineering Techniques were Measured by Eight Sub-Dimensions
(Flexibility, Anchoring, Elicitation, Modeling, Individual Differences, Leadership,Establishing Rapport, and Emotional &Cognitive Boosters) Strategic Ambidexterity Prowess was Measured by Two Dimensions (Exploratory strategy,
Exploitative strategy).
This Research has used a Descriptive Analytical Methodology to Present the as will as Sample was (200) Faculty Members.I have used A Variety of Statistical Methods and Tools Have Been Used in Data Analysis it was the Natural Distribution Test, Assertive Factor Analysis, Descriptive Statistics,(Pearson) Correlation Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling,& Path Analysis & These Methods Have Been Used on Statistical Programs
(Amos,V,23, SPSS V.25).
The Research has Reached A Number of Conclusions, The Most Important of Which are: The Techniques of Psychological Engineering Partly Mediate the Influential Relationship Between the Moral Intelligence of the Leader and Strategic Ambidexterity, Which in Turn Enhances the Leader’s Ability And Enjoyment of A High Level From the Moral Intelligence in Improving The Level of Psychological Engineering Techniques for Them and the Faculty Members of Universities and Colleges Researched And This In Turn Enhances The Level of Strategic Ambidexterity Excellence in Aggregate.
The Research for A Set of Recommendations has Resulted in the Most Important Need to Strengthen the Moral Intelligence of Leaders and Training Continuous Development and Keenness to Improve the Level of Techniques of Psychological Flexibility and Elicitation and Focus Modeling and Establishing the Relationship and The Cognitive and Emotional Level of
the Faculty Member in Order to Ensure Advanced Levels of Strategic Ambidexterity of Universities and Colleges (Research Sample).
