The role of creative leadership in achieving creative performance

The study aimed to achieve a basic goal, which is to show the role of creative leadership in achieving creative performance and to know the extent to which the dimensions of the independent variable, creative leadership, represented by (sympathy, clarity and innovation) can affect the dependent variable represented by creative performance with its dimensions (flexibility, fluency, originality and sensitivity to problems). Among the objectives, including knowing the direct impact of adopting creative leadership behaviors in strengthening the relationship between employees and creative performance in the institution, the study sample and identifying the basic pillars of creative leadership and creative performance among a selected sample of the surveyed community. From a sample of the researched department through the study sample of (200) questionnaires and (187) questionnaires were retrieved, all of which were valid for statistical analysis, as well as using a set of statistical methods that helped analyze the research data and test its hypotheses represented by statistical tools (included repetitions, technique) Boxplot) within the SPSS.V.25 statistical package, and data moderation T (normal distribution), confirmatory structural validity, reliability coefficient (Cronbach’s alpha), arithmetic means and standard deviations, simple correlation method (Pearson) and statistical programs. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that all dimensions of the two variables (creative leadership and creative performance) are applied in the surveyed department, Al-Muthanna Governorate Police Directorate. Adopting scientific research and focusing on creative leadership because the study proved its importance, impact and reflection on creative performance.
