The role of creative leadership in improving the quality of banking service

Abstract
The aim of this study, ” The role of creative leadership on improving the quality of banking service” to identify the impact of organizational commitment in the quality of banking services provided in the banks of Iraqi. The dimensions of creative leadership are represented by the perseverance, initiative, leadership of problems, flexibility and originality) while the dimensions of the quality of banking service are represented by (concrete elements, reliability, speed of response, safety, attention). However, the study population is represented by banks of Iraq, where the Trade Iraqi bank is targeted. the study sample was chosen from the creative leadership class in these banks. The study sample is composed of (50) subjects. The researcher designed a questionnaire for data collection from the study sample. Further, the statistical software package (SPSS) was used to test the study hypotheses. Based on hypothesis testing, and analysis and discussion of the study findings, the researcher concluded the following: There is a clear and substantial impact of the dimensions of creative leadership on improving the quality of banking service in trade bank Iraq. Also, the existence a strong and influential a correlation relationship between the research variables. In light of the above-mentioned findings, the researcher set the following recommendations to the bank, including: The Trade bank Iraqi shall pay attention to enhance the professional commitment among employees for its importance in developing quality banking service. In addition, to search for variables that prevents the development of organizational commitment among employees within the various administrative levels.
