Abstract

    The study examined the effect of the diversity of the variable human resource in its dimensions (Equal opportunities, affirmative action evaluations, comprehensive awareness of diversity) and talent management as an intermediate variable in its dimensions (Talent attraction, talent selection, talent attraction, talent development , talent retention) In achieving the high performance of the organizations as a variable in its dimensions (Quality management openness and effective direction, long- term commitment, continuous improvement, quality of the workforce) In the statement of the research problem .

The field of application of this research in a sample of private hospitals in the province of  holy Karbala was  selected Al kafil specialist Hospital  ,Imam Zain Al-Abidin Hospital  and Imam Al-Hajja charity . For reasons of special management of the hospital in disagreement with the conduct of research within the hospital, have been selected as these hospitals and a deliberate sample by the researcher because it is one of the most important organizations that are interested in attracting and diversifying talented human resources of different nationalities and specialties , The research aims to demonstrate the effect of managing the diversity of the human resource and talent management in a achieving the high performance of the organizations, The research adopted a logical  diagram that expresses the logical relationship between the  three main variables ,The questionnaire was used as a main tool in the data collection process, The research included 144 individuals representing  the a  advanced a administrative level and some doctors working within the hospital of different nationalities , statistical programs were used ( Excel 2010, SPSS V23, Amos V20) For the purpose of conducting statistical analysis of the data, The results of the analysis of the variables of the research showed a set of conclusions, the most important of which was ” The management of the diversity of the human resource creates a shared vision between senior management and human resources in the work environment and the target community , This allows the hospitals in question to discover the points mutual interest between  these parties ”   The research included a set of recommendations that were ” The hospitals in question should invest their abilities in enhancing the awareness and sense of their human resources with respect, appreciation and positive evaluation of their abilities and abilities through finding a wage system that matches the performance levels and showing respect for their abilities and characteristics, and to encourage participation by making important decisions that are in the interest of the organization”.
