Abstract

The current research aims to show the effect of virtuous leadership in promoting the well-being of the workplace within the spatial research sample represented by the Al-Kafeel Specialized Hospital in the Holy Karbala Governorate. In order to achieve this goal, the independent variable, virtuous leadership, was measured with five sub-dimensions (courage, temperance, justice, prudence, and humanity). The research sample was (138) members of the administrative staff working in the different departments of the hospital. In order to reach the results, the descriptive analytical approach was used and data was collected by adopting the questionnaire as a basic tool for data collection. Several statistical methods were used, represented by the normal distribution test, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistics, simple correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling based on the ready-made programs SPSS V. 23 ; Amos V . 23 ; Excel 16)) The researcher reached a set of conclusions, the most prominent of which is the existence of a significant effect of virtuous leadership on the well-being of the workplace. About work and the application of virtues at work is essential to obtain positive results and achieve well-being, satisfaction and commitment at work.
