The current research aims to show the role of knowledge makers in enhancing the flexibility of human resources within the selected community represented by the Directorate of Education Najaf, where the research sample represented (285) respondents/ employees by (169) males (116) females, a sample intentional also represents the community and in order to achieve this purpose was measured independent variable knowledge makers five dimensions humanity.

The main research problem was what is the role of knowledge makers in the organization by working to enhance the flexibility of those human resources, and in order to reach the results I use the analytical method has been collecting data by a questionnaire prepared for this purpose after being presented to a group of experts in this specialty, and the statistical methods were represented (confirmatory factor analysis, simple correlation coefficient analysis (r), arithmetic mean, coefficient of difference, standard deviation, relative importance, modeling the structural equation to know and measure the extent of relationships and V.23, Spss V.23.

It turned out that one of the most important conclusions was the knowledge that the knowledge makers are a force working to enhance the flexibility of human resources and this in turn enhances performance, in what was the most important recommendation the need to pay attention to the knowledge makers by opening their own section and adopting their knowledge and guidance towards work, and one of the proposals for future research is (independence and its role in the knowledge industry.
