Abstract

The current study aims to clarify the relationship and influence between Super Leadership with its dimensions (self-efficacy, self-motivation, self-determination, self-regulation) and job embeddedness, and to support this relationship with theoretical and practical aspects, and a hypothetical diagram was designed to demonstrate the relationship between the two variables.

The problem of the current study was the following question: Can organizations enhance the job embeddedness of their human resources with distinguished competencies and experiences?

The practical aspect of the study was applied in universities and private colleges in Governorat Karbala, and the study sample was chosen intentionally in order to obtain the best results. The sample size was (102), and the researcher distributed a questionnaire to the sample members, and only (98) questionnaires were retrieved from it. (4) questionnaires that were not amenable to statistical analysis were excluded, so only (94) questionnaires remained. The total response rate by respondents reached (96%), and the descriptive analysis method was adopted.

In light of the goal, importance, and problem, the researcher resorted to a group of statistical programs, namely SPSS and AMOS

The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a strong, positive and statistically significant correlation between superior leadership as an independent variable and job engagement as a dependent variable, as well as the presence of a moral effect, which is a statistically significant effect between the two variables. In light of this, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which was urging management Universities and private colleges are under study in order to enhance the levels achieved by working individuals and for the administration to play a guiding role and hold educational seminars and meetings to determine the positive effects that result from superior leadership and how to instill and root it among working individuals and make it one of their priorities at work.
