According to an official document, the Central Bank of Iraq has decided to issue a national electronic payment card for both employees and non-employees.

🔹 The card will be issued exclusively by the Central Bank and under its direct supervision.
🔹 It is to be used within Iraq only.
🔹 The card will function exclusively in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) for withdrawal and payment operations.
