Faculty Member from the College of Administration and Economics – University of Karbala Participates as a Member of a Scientific Defense Committee at the University of Tikrit

With God’s grace, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anmar Adnan Marah Al-Dulaimi, a faculty member at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Karbala, participated on Thursday, September 18, 2025, as a member of the defense committee for the Master’s student Bara Adel Khalaf at the University of Tikrit / College of Administration and Economics / Department of Accounting. The student’s thesis was entitled:

“The Impact of Board Characteristics on Audit Quality and Its Reflection on Real Earnings Management Practices.”

The defense committee consisted of:

  • Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hashim Al-Abdoun, University of Tikrit – Chair
  • Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anmar Adnan Marah Al-Dulaimi, University of Karbala – Member
  • Assoc. Prof. Basem Rashid Ali, University of Tikrit – Member
  • Assoc. Prof. Imad Saleh Naama, University of Tikrit – Member and Supervisor

Following an in-depth and valuable scientific discussion, the thesis was approved with a grade of “Very Good” after fulfilling all required conditions.

Prof. Dr. Fouad Farhan Hussein, Dean of the College, and extend our sincere thanks to the Deanship of the College of Administration and Economics – University of Tikrit, as well as the department leadership and faculty members of the Accounting Department, for their generous contributions, warm reception, and hospitality.
