  • Approval of the Iraqi Code of Academic Customs and Traditions.
  • Provision of electronic payment points (POS) in universities in accordance with the directives of the Council of Ministers and the decisions of the Central Bank.
  • Completion of comprehensive digital transformation before the start of the 2025/2026 academic year.
  • Updating the guide of foreign universities and adding a number of them to the scholarship directory.
  • Changing the designation from “People of Determination” or “People with Special Needs” to “People with Distinguished Abilities,” and studying the establishment of colleges and departments to support this segment.
